Mindto offers educational content related to athlete performance, mental health, and well-being. It does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.

6. Subscriptions and Payments
Joining the app requires a paid subscription. Certain exclusive features may require a payment:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device settings (Apple ID or Android).
